The Bucket With Holes
Leon's bucket metaphor is the pre-formal statement of boundary integrity B(t). Filling the bucket without fixing the holes produces motion without convergence — the system receives input but cannot hold it. The intervention is not more input. It is closing the leaks. Signs of leaking are the Φ(x) > 0 condition made visible: poor eyesight, fatigue, frequent hunger, mood swings, hair loss. These are not independent problems. They are the system reporting the same deviation through different registers.
From "I want to lose weight" to "I AM healthy"
Leon states the corpus-wide identity-as-coordinate principle in applied form: the goal "I want to lose weight" places the coordinate outside the system. The goal "I AM healthy" places the coordinate in I*. Weight change becomes a downstream consequence of the coordinate lock, not a target to chase. This is PLT-COORD delivered as health instruction. Overweight is not a standalone problem. It is a symptom of the system being held in protection mode.
BE · DO · HAVE
Leon's motto, stated in closing, is the identity-coordinate law in compressed form. BE sets I*: "I am healthy — spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically." DO follows from a stable I*: nutrition, exercise, and sleep become easier when identity is set. HAVE is the accumulated structure that results: the body of a healthier lifestyle. This is Values → Attention → Action stated in common register, and predates the formal framework. It is foundational.
